Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TitanFlare Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our website, participants in our executive leadership development programmes, and clients engaging our consulting services. By registering for programmes or services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

Description of Services

TitanFlare provides executive leadership development programmes, coaching services, and related business consulting. Our services include but are not limited to strategic leadership development, executive coaching, team leadership excellence programmes, and customised organisational development solutions.

All services are delivered by qualified professionals and are designed to enhance leadership capabilities and organisational performance. Programme content, duration, and delivery methods may vary based on client requirements and service agreements.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and programme participation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
  • Participate actively and constructively in programmes and sessions
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of TitanFlare and other participants
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any behaviour that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional standards during all interactions with TitanFlare staff and other programme participants.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or programme registration documents. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full prior to programme commencement. We accept payments in Euros and other major currencies as specified in your service agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in your service agreement or as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Cancellation policies are outlined in individual programme terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by TitanFlare remain the exclusive property of TitanFlare Ltd. This includes but is not limited to training materials, assessments, frameworks, presentations, and proprietary methodologies developed by or for TitanFlare.

Clients may use materials provided during programmes for their personal and organisational development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise such materials without explicit written permission from TitanFlare. Any insights or knowledge gained through our programmes may be applied within your organisation but cannot be packaged or resold as training products.

Confidentiality

TitanFlare maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and programme discussions. We expect the same level of confidentiality from all participants regarding information shared by other participants during group programmes or sessions.

Any sensitive business information, personal insights, or strategic discussions that occur during programmes must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to external parties without appropriate consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitanFlare Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

While we strive to provide high-quality services that deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or performance improvements. The effectiveness of leadership development depends on various factors including participant engagement, organisational context, and implementation of learned concepts.

TitanFlare is not responsible for any business decisions made by clients based on insights or recommendations provided during programmes. Clients remain fully responsible for their business and leadership decisions.

Force Majeure

TitanFlare shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative delivery methods when possible.

Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

For clients located in other EU member states, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where they provide greater protection than Cyprus law.

Modifications to Services and Terms

TitanFlare reserves the right to modify these terms, our services, or programme content at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to existing clients. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Programme-specific terms and conditions may supplement these general terms and will be provided during registration or service engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the specific terms outlined in individual service contracts. TitanFlare reserves the right to terminate services immediately if clients breach these terms or engage in behaviour that is detrimental to other participants or our business operations.

Upon termination, clients remain bound by confidentiality obligations and intellectual property restrictions outlined in these terms. Any outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties before proceeding to litigation.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
